My husband and I got married September of 2022 and hiring Butte Creek BBQ was one of our best Vendor choices by far! They were recommended to us by a family member who had recently had their excellent food at a wedding. From the very beginning they treated us like family and tended to our every need-even down to the cocktail napkins and ice for the bar. They prepare and cook amazing food made from the heart! Our guests raved about the food and some even told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. They offer endless options to make your day everything you’d want it to be and more. With Butte Creek it's not just a day of service, you receive as much time, attention, and tastings prior to your wedding that you may need to feel good about your big day. My mother and I enjoyed getting to know Coco over the planning process on a personal level which made our experience even more enjoyable. Coco and Ian + team are salt of the earth, genuine people. Having them provide food or any other service would be the best thing for your special day! We highly recommend them and would choose them for our next catering needs!

We hired Butte Creek BBQ for our wedding in December 2023. It's easy to say we were blown away. They truly go above and beyond for your event! For starters, their food was amazing. Seriously, every guest at our wedding STILL talks about the food as being the best wedding food they've ever had. We ordered the buttery chicken & tri tip with mashed potatoes, pepper jack mac & cheese, green beans, salad & rolls. Coco and Ian were kind enough to incorporate the green beans (an option that wasn't currently on their menu) when we requested a vegetable other than salad. Talk about customer service!! 

In addition to that, Coco and Ian are two of the kindest people we've ever met. They played a massive role in making our wedding day dreams come true. When planning a wedding, there's lots to stress about. Catering was never something we worried about as we knew they had it under control. 

If you want amazing food, top notch customer service and leftovers to freeze for later (and yes, they freeze and reheat perfectly ), Butte Creek BBQ is your answer!

The minute I had Butte Creek BBQ's food I knew instantly I would have them cater our wedding. That was long before we were even engaged! We are big foodies and love love love smoked meat and let me tell you theirs is mouth watering! Not only is the food great but Coco and Ian are THE BEST. The sweetest people, organized, and hard workers. They are so hands on and involved with those who book with them and go above and beyond to make your experience with them 10/10. We recommend them to everyone!

From the moment we met with CoCo for food tasting, she treated us like friends. It was about 6-7 months later that we reconnected to move forward with their service. She remembered my son and was again so friendly. Fast forward to wedding day, the whole team made sure everything was perfect and took initiative to help decorate after she asked what our inspiration was. That was just the customer service. Moving to the food service.... wow.. just wow. It was incredible. We chose the tri tip, chicken, jarcuties, pasta salad, salad, rolls, mashed potatoes, and then the drink service. We had everybody complimenting it and I am so happy we gave credit on our custom fans since it was a warm day. If you have them as a maybe, just do it. If you haven't reached out yet, just do it. There will be no regrets.

Coco and her team were one of the best parts of the wedding planning process. At the beginning of this journey she listened to are needs and offered her skills to secure the the best day of our lives from offering food suggestions to bartending services, and the best part how the food tastes!!! The food is absolutely to die for, and everyone at my wedding agrees!! We will forever choose to work with Coco and Butte Creek BBQ Co. for every event, and everyone should too.

Coco and her team at Butte Creek BBQ are one of a kind! They worked so well with me and always answered the phone when I had any questions (which there were a lot of)! Not only was Coco's willingness to always be there top notch - but so was the food! Many people have mentioned the best part of our wedding was the food! Which made me sad as the bride lol but so happy that the food was so loved, both the dinner spread as well as the charcuterie table! It was fresh, delicious, well thought out for all dietary needs, and the Butte Creek team had a smile on their face the entire evening!  

Along with the food, Coco was in charge of rentals for dinner service and she blew me away! She did everything in her power to find my dream chargers and make my table setting dreams come true! I honestly could go on and on about every small detail that Coco and her team put together for our special day. We had Butte Creek BBQ Co. cater for our wedding. They are THE BEST BBQ in California. Coco and her husband are amazing and so excellent at communicating. We had to change things quite a few times due to COVID, but they rode the waves with us and were dedicated to making our day work. They were so conscious about safety measures, and making sure the food was the best possible quality. Their tri tip was so tender and juicy, the chicken was tender and smoky, and the sides were all incredible as well. All the flavors blend together so perfectly, they are masters! They stayed until the last people left and made sure everything was cleaned up and packaged all the left overs for us. They make excellent food and they are outstanding people. We are so grateful that we choose them as our caterer! Choose them for your next meal or catering event, you’ll be glad you did!

If there was a seamless caterer these guys are it. Extremely friendly, flexible, very prompt and food was incredible. Ian and Coco are AMAZING humans and chefs. Everyone commented on how incredible the food was, and they make extra. I cannot choose what my favorite dish was because of how incredible everything was.

Butte Creek BBQ catered my wedding in September 2021. When I say they go above & beyond for their customers, I mean it! Coco was very sweet, helpful & made the process so easy! The food is literally to die for! We had the brisket, chicken, green salad, bacon mac n cheese, smoked baked beans (OMG) & some awesome rolls! They provided all the things we needed & the service was 10/10! Ian was our bartender for the day & all my guests were loving him! They are so clean too! We couldn't even tell they were there after they cleaned up. Butte Creek BBQ made my special day, that much more amazing. Thank you Butte Creek BBQ!!!

If you are looking for a wedding/event caterer, this is the way to go! Coco has been the absolute best! I had their tri-tip and chicken and they were both out of this world delicious! Coco had an answer for any and all questions anyone had. They have the wedding planning process and connections to vendors down to a science. Butte Creek BBQ catering does not disappoint! Ian & Coco's passion for their craft is simply amazing. We are a local event planner company and don't take recommending caterers lightly, as they are a crucial part to pulling off a tip-top event and we recommend them whole heartily. 

When it comes to small gatherings (work events, birthday parties) or large events (weddings), Butte Creek delivers the best. The service is top notch -- friendly, outgoing, fun & easy to work with. We hosted a small Holiday Party and hired Butte Creek BBQ to cater it.  They were amazing!  Coco and Ian were easy to work with and provided exactly what we were looking for.  They had all the food ready at the exact time we wanted to have dinner served.  The presentation was very professional and the food was delicious.  We received compliments all night from our guests on how great the dinner was!  If you are looking to cater an event large or small, we strongly recommend Butte Creek BBQ!
